FRIENDS TO FOES
While I was sitting in the stands at the Rose Bowl this past Saturday, I couldn't help but get caught up in all the camaraderie between fans. There is nothing but love for your fellow Bruin fans, whether it be while tailgaiting or in the stands. You high-five strangers sitting next to you. You chat with them like you are old friends.
But afterwards, as thousands of cars are trying to leave the parking lot, everything changes. Even though your team wins, everybody is in such a rush to get out that they cut each other off, flip people off, and honk their horns in anger.
Where is the love they showed just a few hours earlier?
