TEST DRIVING
We've been meaning to test drive some cars since Karena's car will be breaking down soon. And after having a good, serious conversation about cars, we just decided to go. We test drove the Acura TL and the Audi A4.
The guy at Acura wasn't very supportive and didn't seem to really care at all. Plus, Karena wasn't all that impressed with the car. But we had the opposite experience at Audi.
The guy let us test drive 3 different types of A4 -- one with a bigger engine and one with the all-wheel drive they call "quattro" and one with neither. The guy even let her speed up on the turns to check out the hadnling and drive 55 on the street! Afterwards, they, of course, were ready to make a deal right then and there. We still had to do a little more research.
The problem is too that they cost quite a bit of money and Karena loves her car so much that even though it's having problems, she's trying to hold onto it for as long as possible.
