I told myself that I wouldn't screw up at all today while writing the date. But, you know what happens when you do that. So, on the very first chart, I wrote: 12/3/2004.
It's official, I'm dumb.

it's okay...it happens, just don't make that mistake when it comes to december 2005 ;)

it's ok, vic. i put down 2004 four times before i caught myself doing it as i was filling out my medical history sheets at a doctor's office. so see, i'm officially 4x's dumber than you-- although i had the right month! :)
