SUMMERTIME
Memorial Day officially kicks off summertime for me. So in addition to spending some time thinking about our veterans who gave their lives for our country (usually by watching the end of "Saving Private Ryan"), I make sure to listen to Will Smith's "Summertime." It's the perfect song to get me into the summer mood of hanging out under the sun, swimming, chillin', etc. And for Memorial Day, I did just that. I took an afternoon nap and hung out poolside.
I love summertime (and three-day weekends).
